CHESTER'S GRASS ROOTS & FAITH COMMUNITYADVISORY COUNCIL
I believe Chester's impoverished citizens as well as our working poor will secure greater aid if we formed a grass roots advisory council. This council would consist of community-activists and members of the faith community. Where no one group or specific individual would become the council leader - as a collective action steps rather than politics will lead us, e.g., each group will contribute to the success of the whole.
