In times that were hard in the past there was support available from communities & churches. Blacks didn't move into white neighborhoods nd separate themselves from the not have, because they couldn't afford and/or couldn't get in. Now the draw is to own all the stuff that's available and the heck w/the least, last and lost. Not realizing that the divide causes us to view each other as good or bad based on the things we own, not the people that we have the opportunity to become if the resources were equal across the board.. When any group can be divided another or itself the majority group will always become the beneficiary. While we are made to believe our back is covered by the face that in on the front page, many will forget that that same face has been made fun of, humilitated, demeaned, called racist, hitler, a monkey and so many other things I can't remember. But the goal is to confuse, overwhelm and stifle you into a state of dysfunction. Those that are aware must continue to teach and alert, the battle is not even close to being over. No one complained when other presidents sent their children to elite schools, but do you recall all the hoopla about the Obama girls going to their new school & over seas with their parents. I remember the Bush girl going into a drug facility w/drugs in her shoe, no hoopla about that. Our kids would go to jail. We must create a place for meaningful training for our children to learn that the bling is not the goal, the education is much more important. You can't let them believe that $1000 rims on a piece of car is more important than a college education & a set of moral standards about how we see and treat each other.
