Dear Chester Residents,
Are you concerned about your neighborhood? Are you sick and tired of complaining about the way things are in Chester while the status quo remains the same? Here's your chance to be heard!

Please join the Chester City Chapter of ACORN and insist that Chester City receive what it deserves, quality education, better public services, safe streets and a place to buy groceries! We all know it can be as it once was.
